1. Eligibility
Replacement is provided in the following cases:
- Invalid Credentials: Login or password doesn't work upon delivery.
- Missing Skins: Content doesn't match the description (proof required).
- Pre-existing Bans: Account was banned before your purchase.
Replacement is DENIED if:
- You changed the e-mail or password.
- More than 72 hours have passed since purchase.
- A match has been played on the account.
