We provide account replacement in the following cases:
- The account is missing advertised skins or currency (with provided evidence)
- Technical issues with account access that are not caused by the buyer
Replacement is not possible in the following cases:
- If the account was banned due to buyer's actions (changing account details, violating Riot's rules)
- If the buyer changed account details (email, password, linked phone number)
- If more than 72 hours have passed since purchase
- If the issue cannot be documented (screenshots, videos)
- If the account has been used for gaming or other activities after purchase
2. REPLACEMENT PROCESS (4 SIMPLE STEPS)
Contact support within 72 hours of discovering the issue via Telegram: @val_1999_val
Provide evidence of the issue (screenshots of error messages, video of login process)
Wait for verification - our support team will review your request within 24 hours
Receive solution - upon confirmation of the issue, we'll provide a new account or refund

3.1. Account replacement is provided only once per purchase.
3.2. We reserve the right to refuse replacement without explanation.
3.3. All disputes are resolved according to our Terms of Service.
