VALORANT.SKIN TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome! These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern your use of the VALORANT.SKIN services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Service. By continuing to use the Service, you unconditionally accept all the terms of this Agreement.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. VALORANT.SKIN provides access to digital accounts for the game VALORANT, including skins, currency, and other in-game items.

1.2. You acknowledge and accept that the purchase, sale, and transfer of VALORANT accounts violates Riot Games' Terms of Service (ToS). VALORANT.SKIN is not responsible for any actions taken by Riot Games, including account bans or skin revocations.

IMPORTANT: By making a purchase, you assume all risks associated with potential sanctions from Riot Games.

2. PURCHASE AND REFUND POLICY

2.1. All sales are final. Refunds are not provided, except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

2.2. Account descriptions (number of skins, level, etc.) are approximate. VALORANT.SKIN does not guarantee exact matches to the description but undertakes to provide an account with the minimum characteristics specified in the offer.

3. EMAIL CHANGE

3.1. Changing the linked email on an account is only possible if the account itself supports this technical capability. Such accounts are marked with the label "EMAIL CHANGE".

3.2. VALORANT.SKIN is not responsible if changing the email turns out to be impossible.

3.3. For products without the "EMAIL CHANGE" label, email change is not guaranteed and is not a valid reason for a replacement or refund.

4. SUPPORT SERVICE REGULATIONS

4.1. The VALORANT.SKIN support team commits to providing an initial response to your request within 24 hours of receipt.

4.2. To expedite the processing of your request, please:

  • Clearly describe the issue.
  • Provide the email address used for the purchase.
  • Avoid messages that do not contain specific information (e.g., "Hello," "Are you support?").

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

5.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Republic of Cyprus.

5.2. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in court at the location of VALORANT.SKIN.
